How to connect the laptop display via HDMI to the TV?

I’m Alex and I am an independent advisor and hopefully will be able to help with his issue.
Firstly please can you confirm that your laptop has an HDMI port on it and that your TV has the same.
If they both have HDMI ports you will just need an HDMI cable to connect to both your laptop and your TV.
Once connected you will just need to adjust the input display of your TV to the correct HDMI option

First of all you need to connect the HDMI cable, then once this is done you need to press Windows key + p and Select one of the option to project

THE INPUT DISPLAY ON THE TV does will not highlight HDMI 1 or 2
Once connected you will just need to adjust the input display of your TV to the correct HDMI option "That still did not connect"

Connect the laptop to the TV with a HDMI cable
The on the laptop press the Windows Key + P to open the projection panel then choose Extend or Duplicate depending on your requirements
