Hello Richiegamemaster123< I am Andrew an independent advisor. I'd like to try to help. I've found reports of this same issue and may have found a solution. To do this we need to open Command Prompt as administrator. Type cmd in the search, right click it and open as administrator. Copy and paste this text in to it and let it run.
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
Once done keep on using your computer to be sure it's fixed, if not come back here.
