    Hi Jeffery,

    Thanks for replying.

    Until a few weeks ago I could look, and open a JPG, MP4 file when I received it with an email.

    My email program is Mozilla Thunderbird.

    I can open the file by saving it.

    At some time not to long ago, probably when the computer got updated with another update

    the Registry no doubt got changed.

    I have, in my younger days, fixed a problem in the registry.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
