Enable mass storage mode on Windows Phone 10

How can I enable mass storage mode on Windows Phone 10 (Microsoft Lumia 950) ? If I connect the phone via USB it appears as a "Portable device", but I need it to appear as a mass storage device (with a letter assigned like D or E etc..). I know that it is possible to enable mass storage mode on Windows Phone 7,8 and also on Android so it should be possible with Windows Phone 10 too.

You can check the documentation at Microsoft Hardware Dev Center (Boot and UEFI). There clearly is a mass storage mode for Windows 10 Mobile. My question is how can I put the phone into the mass storage mode.

    YOu mean this?

"Boot Manager next runs mobilestartup.efi. This application runs several boot libraries, some of which are only run on first boot (for example, to provision the secure boot policy) or only in non-retail images (for example, to enter USB mass storage mode). "

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/bringup/boot-and-uefi

    Clearly not in retail versions.
