Small transparent box on top left corner

There is a small box on the top left corner. Its not a monitor issue, since it gets shown on all displays if there are multiple monitors connected and the desktop is duplicated (not if they are extended!).

    Then, I suggest you to perform a filesystem check:

    1. Type "cmd" in windows search bar
    2. Right click on "Command Prompt"
    3. Select "Run as Administrator"
    4. Type "sfc /scannow" without quote and press ENTER

    If there are filesystem corrupted found but not repaired:

    1. Type "cmd" in windows search bar
    2. Right click on "Command Prompt"
    3. Select "Run as Administrator"
    4. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" without quote and press ENTER
    5. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" without quote and press ENTER
    6. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" without quote and press ENTER

    You can also perform a clean boot:

    I would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall your mouse driver:

    1. Press WINDOWS + X
    2. Click on "Device Manager"
    3. Click on "Mouse"
    4. Right click on your mouse
    5. Click on "Uninstall driver"
    6. Click on "Detects Hardware change" (monitor icon)

    If you have a laptop and a touchpad, uninstall and reinstall it:

    1. Press WINDOWS + X
    2. Click on "Device Manager"
    3. Click on "Touchpad"
    4. Right click on your touchpad
    5. Click on "Uninstall device"
    6. Click on "Detects Hardware change" (monitor icon)

    Hi JulianBruno,

    I'm Stefano an Independent Advisor, here to help you.

    Please uninstall all display that are hidden on device manager list:

    1. Press WINDOWS + X
    2. Click on "Device Manager"
    3. Click on "View"
    4. Click on "Show hidden device"
    5. Click on "Display"
    6. Right click on the display you have to remove
    7. Click on "Uninstall device"
    8. Repeat point 6 and 7 for each display hidden (transparent icon)

    Then uninstall and reinstall your graphic card driver:

    1. Press WINDOWS + X
    2. Click on "Device Manager"
    3. Click on "Display adapter"
    4. Right click on your video card
    5. Click on "Uninstall device"
    6. Click on "Detects Hardware change" (monitor icon)

    Then check if the issue is solved.

    Also, if you have a dedicated graphic card, I suggest you to go to the manufacturer support site and download the latest update for your video card.
