    Hi, this is Rivgil. An independent advisor. I'll be glad to help. Cloudnet (Cloudnet.exe) is malicious application from EpicNet Inc. Security specialists categorize this program as adware or potentially unwanted application (PUA). It implements scripts in browser pages to display pop-ups, banners and other types of advertising in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
    You can uninstall Cloudnet thru Control Panel.

    Click on the Start button.
    In opened menu choose Settings.
    Click on the System tile.
    Click Apps & features and locate Cloudnet in the list.
    Click on it and then click Uninstall button near it.

    Please see Smeed's post for links to the old MB-CHAMELEON and new Malwarebyes acquisition ADWcleaner. Consider running both.

    Check Windows Defender for status (On/OFF), remove all files from exclude list.

    Turn on PUP protection in Windows Defender to protect from more potentially unwanted apps/programs(if using it as your antivirus):

    Thank you GreginMich (I keep this page near the top of my Bookmarks Bar):

    ->

    PUA Protection is disabled by default and needs to be enabled. This is easy with PowerShell – just run this command line at the elevated PowerShell Prompt:

    Set-MpPreference -PUAProtection 1

    Then confirm that the value was reset by returning the current state for PUAProtection:

    $Preferences = Get-MpPreference

    $Preferences.PUAProtection

    Also, Remove all add-ons/extensions in all browsers, and reset browsers....

    Make sure your data is backed up with OneDrive, and/or FileHistory and/or something else.  Consider a Windows10 Reset or Clean Install of Win10, if you can not get it resolved with scans..

    Try report all suspicious files to VirusTotal:
