Failed to Initialize Selected Scanner

Installing an Oki MC362 Printer/Scanner. Configured as a network scanner.

Device manager indicates the device is working properly.

Configuring the device as a WIA2 device and attempting a scan brings up the scanner native dialog. So far so good.

However attempting to add a scanner profile brings up the "Failed to initialize Selected Scanner"

Have attempted a number of reinstallations including installing the Oki Scanner Driver

What could be wrong?

Restart then try connecting to the scanner again.
