    Hi Amy, whilst within safe mode if you press Windows key + R on the keyboard. Type in msconfig. click the Boot tab, uncheck the Safe boot box, hit Apply, and then Ok.

    Restarting your machine will then exit Windows 10 Safe Mode.

    You might see if an option in the tutorial below may allow you to boot Windows 10 back into normal mode.
