Hi Herb. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Guardian Moderator here to help you.

I'm not sure how it got there but this is what it is:

    https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/120548-...

You should be able to right click to Delete it in OneDrive Folder just like any other file.

You might want to check if it's installed in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and if so Uninstall it if you don't want it.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I solved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

I had already seen that posting but it's only a question like mine there does not seem to be an associated answer.  I'm reluctant to just delete it without a better idea of how it got there and why.  Maybe someone else will see this question and explain it to both of us.

It is nothing that is needed.

It explains in Dalchina's post and translation of the link what it's for and if that's not something you want then you can delete it, or not.

Here is Google translation of the full German web page:

There does not seem to be an associated "arrow" app listed in "settings" > "apps"
