Yes! that is the exact same game download I had used. GTARCADE. I have had no problems since my last system factory reset AND ceased playing any of the company's games. Good luck!
soui_dummy_wnd
i keep getting this every time I go to restart or shut down my pc. What is this and how do I get rid of it? It isn't listed in applications. I have checked. This is preventing me from doing a clean restart/shut down. No clue where how to pick a subject nothing in the drop downs seem to have anything to do with this...

2019-10-14T20:56:20+00:00 Hi ChristinaWaddell! After resetting my system back to factory settings 3 times and paying close attention to what programs I was downloading, I realized a game I had downloaded was the culprit. I haven't had any issues since. I don't usually download any game. However, I thought I would try it as it wasn't working through FB. The last time I downloaded the game and went to shut down my system, SOUI_DUMMY_WND popped up. I reset my system one last time and I have NOT downloaded the game. Now, I have no issues. The name of the downloaded game, Game of Thrones by Chinese Developers. In doing some searching, SOUI_DUMMY_WND is connected to Chinese software.
I wish you luck in finding your solutions to your situation. I am very particular when it comes to downloads now. Lesson learned. . . .
