Mine is found in Start > Settings > Windows Powershell which is where it should be, unless someone's been messing around.

    The executable is in C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0

    PowerShell is located here:

    C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

Links to it should be in the Start Menu Programs list under "Windows PowerShell".

If you do not have it, then download and install it from MS. The current version is 5.1.

Powershell can be found by right clicking on the start button & it should show it the list, from there you can right click on it & choose properties to find where it is stored on your system.

Or click on the search icon in the taskbar & enter powershell which will also find the program.

If you click windows key + R & choose run & enter powershell does it show anything?

If not then try an in-place repair:

I recommend an in-place upgrade repair.

To repair Windows without losing any data then follow the instruction here:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repai...

This will also upgrade you to the latest version of Windows - currently 1903 - if you currently don’t have this installed.

In a nutshell you just download the media creation tool & choose to upgrade now.
