I have an old program that work well in Windows 10. However since the last update when I try to launch it it gives me an error message:
VBRUN300.DLL at 0020:005F
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remedy that and be able to launch the Program.
Thanks,

Aracely,
Thanks for your help. I did follow your suggestion to register the .dll file; however, once registered it brought up an error window:
"The module VBRUN300.dll may not be compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check if the module is compatible with an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of regsvr32.exe"
Thus it does not get into the register. I know it is a 32-bit because it ran well in windows 98, XP 7, and on previos versions of Win 10 Pro x86.
Present version is Windows 10 pro 32-bit v. 1903
Thanks for your help,
Sadnewbie
Greg,
First of all thanks for your prompt answer.
The suggested reinstallation of The Visual C++ is for 2015 version
As I was getting ready to uninstall the Redistributable versions I can see the installed versions in my Windows 10 are: One for 2010 V.10.0.30319;
two for 2013 V.12.0.30501.0 and V.12.0.40660.0.
Then the last one is for 2017 V. 14.13.26020.0.
Do I remove all?
Do I keep the 2017 one? and if I keep this one since it is a newer version will I be unable to install the 2015 version and its patch?
I'll keep you posted as to how it goes and if the suggested uninstallations and installations work to solve my problem running the DRAE program.

Fix or reinstall Visual C++ https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlser...
You can uninstall the program and attempt to reinstall it, if necessary in Compatibility Mode. Right click the installer's .exe before installing, and then the program .exe once installed, choose Troubleshoot Compatibility, follow the prompts to test a different Windows Mode and then set the app to install or always run in that mode.
