Check the regedit with this other guide and if it's the exact same and still not working, then there are other methods here to use:

I am NOT talking about Autoplay, which can automatically copy pictures or open the drive with Windows Explorer. I'm takling about disabling autorun.
I already tried a couple of different regedit values. It didn't do anything.
This is a security flaw. Autorun can do a lot of things.

Hi Robby. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Guardian Moderator here to help you.
See how to turn off Autorun in Home version using Registry Editor here:

Set a System Restore point first so you can go back if necessary: http://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/computing/how-t...
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to rate my post, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

I tried setting this regedit value to ff (hexadecimal) before and it still didn't work. I have Windows 10 Home, so I can't use the group policy editor (or at least I don't know how to with Windows 10 Home.) Holding the shift key didn't work for me either. It still ran the autorun.inf file. The software listed on this like is not for Windows 10. The first one leads to a random Russian website with a different title for the software. The second one is a broken link.
Thanks for the reply. It didn't help though. I searched the question on the internet before and I tried this regedit fix. I restrated after the regedit fix, too. I even disabled autoplay in general and autoplay for USB drives. It didn't help. My drive's autorun.inf still works.
I gave you the exactly correct answer, so why did you mark my post unhelpful? I even tested that it disabled autoruns here first.
