Other problems I had with this notebook started a month or two ago.

I purchased this HP 2000 Notebook PC Windows 8 64-bit new in 2014.

Fixed some problems by restore, refresh and refresh again.

A week or two after purchase I upgraded to 8.1, then I put it on Install Updates Automatically for Windows = just found out 3 weeks ago no Windows update from 2014 to 2019.

Task Manager Memory 72% = fixed = deleted HP Connected Remote Service memory.

Task Manager Disk 100%

Error 0x80070490

Error 0x80070057

Can not open windows update.

I’ve been trying to fix problems for 2 or 3 weeks.

May of been other problems don’t remember. I need to start a PC Problem Diary.

I’m getting tired of trying to fix pc problems.

Thanks for any info you can give me.

I tried the HP Computing Diagnostic = no help.

I need to figure out if I have Optane memory.

That link I gave you from your link is not the diagnostics.

It is what you do to ascertain what has gone wrong.
