Why after reset windows 10 Version 1903, the installation appear Error Code "Invalid Opcode and Error 5: Access is denied"

After I reset windows 10 version 1903, i reinstall application, but installation cannot be processed which appear "Installation Corrupted: Invalid Opcode for Line Application" and "Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Set Up is aborted. Error 5: Access is denied. Why does Windows 10 version 1903 has this bug? Please this bug issue.

Use Revo Uninstaller (Free) to uninstall.

All problems causes by LINE Application. Is it right?

- Try installing in clean boot mode -
Boot your computer in Clean boot mode.
Refer to the section - Install, uninstall, or run an application
Don't forget to do - Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting.
