windows blocking mouse firmware update
Trying to update firmware on Logitech mouse, getting administrator blocking message. Tried unhiding hidden admin to see if update could be done without success. Hidden admin does not show. This is a new computer running windows 10 pro. Any help would be appreciated

On the file to install the driver try right-clicking on it and choose "run as administrator". When you run it that way does it install properly?
Do you get an error code, etc?
