Is there a default setting for 'services' in 'task manager?

Just because an app like camera is installed it is not actively running until you activate it.

    Thank you so much. Just makes me think. So even if I do not want an app .. like an old camera one or old gps one I should just leave it enabled? It would be running for no reason, would it not?

    Yes.  Go to Task Manager, at the top is Options and under it is Set default tab.

    Good question, and the answer is: no.

    Each of the system and application services is unique, so each one is setup individually.

    The settings given to each should not be changed from their original values.
