2019-12-20T00:26:41+00:00 Thank you so much. Just makes me think. So even if I do not want an app .. like an old camera one or old gps one I should just leave it enabled? It would be running for no reason, would it not?

Good question, and the answer is: no.
Each of the system and application services is unique, so each one is setup individually.
The settings given to each should not be changed from their original values.
