Installtion error

I was installing windows 10 pro and during the "Finushing up" phase an error occured. This is what it says. "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted file. Contact the vendor of your Windows installation disc or your system administrator for assistance." Can someone please help me.

    I did one upgrade where the system had a memory.dmp file on it and later I saw it was noted as being corrupt.  If you have one of those, you might try deleting it.

    Otherwise, the setupdiag utility may show the corruption and if not, possibly it would be in a log file.

    I have re created it 3 times now and I still keep getting the same error.

    The error indicates the installation media you created was not created successfully there is a file or part of a file on that installation media that is corrupt, that is why it will need to be re-created, this is very common . .
