Canon Printer MG3600

Can anyone advise me how to download the printing driver. Tried many times both wi-fi and direct link but cannot get through at all. However, I noticed that this model is NOT listed in their HELP web!

Only bought this three days ago online!

    Hi Oliver. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.

    You may be able to get a more specfiic driver if you look on the sticker on the printer for the exact model of 3600 you have. I see 3620 and 3650 have their own drivers. You can do a search if you find the extension.

    Otherwise these are the drivers I'm finding for 3600 series:

    The first one is for India and the second one is for Asia, but it still could be either.

    Download, right click exe to Run as Administrator, follow prompts to install.

    Did you get a software installation disk with the printer and did you use it to install the printer?

    Yes, I did use the CD to download the driver but could not be completed. The Canon agent helped me on the telephone even  he gave up!

    I think Canon made a mistake and forgotten about the driver for MG3600. It was NOT even listed in their website for downbloading print drivers!!

    I might have to complain to Canon direct.
