Hello! I am an Independent Advisor, I would love to help you out!
That is hard to say without having a list of all the apps you have installed.
However, if you go to settings > apps
Pretty much any app listed there that also is able to be uninstalled from clicking on the app then "uninstall" is safe to uninstall. Though I would not recommend uninstalling most apps where the publisher is "Microsoft Corporation".
Another method to free up space would be to download a tool that will let you see where most of the space is being used. I recommend windirstat.
It will scan your drive and visualize for you what files/folders are taking up the most space and then you can see if you want or can delete them.
You can find the download link here:
https://windirstat.net/download.html
Also, you could try to run the built-in disk cleanup. You can search for this from the start menu and should find it.
Open it up then click the button that says "clean up system files".
Check anything that you are okay with deleting
This mostly clears out temporary files that haven't cleared yet or system files that are no longer needed.
Hope this helps!
