I'm receiving the following message when attempting to download a tax software application...

    Hi

    We need a bit more detail, is that application you are trying to download an old legacy DOS application, and if so do you have WIndows 10 64bit or 32bit installed on your PC]

    If possible, please provide the link you are downloading that software from, so we can look into this for you . . .
