Does anyone kwno what are the minimum versions of MS Windows 7 and Windows 10 that incluces the "MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011.cer" file?

    I don't specially know which version is required, however you can install this manually if needed, just download the certificate from Microsoft:

    https://download.microsoft.com/download/2/4/8/2...

    and install from an admin command prompt:

    CertUtil -addstore AuthRoot MicrosoftRootCertificateAuthority2011.cer
