I have tried everything to re-install Beats Audio on H/P envy 17 touchscreen laptop with no luck:(

What steps have you tried so far?
What happens when you try those steps? Do you get an error screen?
Where did you get the driver/software from?
The audio driver listed on the manufacturer's webpage is not beats audio.
