In Windows 7, How do I turn on Bluetooth?

I am using WIN 7 and never used the Bluetooth that came with my pc. I just want to know how do I turn it on and use it.

How do you know it has Bluetooth capabilities?

You obtain your Bluetooth software/drivers, IF your machine is designed to use Bluetooth from your manufacturer's website if not installed by default.

If not supplied on your device by the manufacturer, you may have to buy a USB Bluetooth Adaptor.

    Thank You Mr. Bill Smithers, my pc does have Bluetooth capability. I found out that the device I need to connect does not have its driver installed in the pc, which is the principle reason a connection is not being achieved.
