install asphalt 8 on windows 10

Which Windows version are you running - 1803, 1809, 1903?

Have you checked for any further Windows updates?

I had this same error with iCloud & this was the reason why it failed to install.

Unfortunately that is most likely the reason why the game will no longer install.

Is the PC running all the updates available for 1511?

You may have installed the game successfully with a previous version but most likely once that version is out-of-date then this will affect anything downloaded from the store.

The game should list whether it is compatible & which versions of Windows it works with.

Having checked on the UK store Asphalt 8: Airborne is Windows 8 only.

This is the only game with that name I can find.

I tried to clean the storage but It does not access

running version 1511... this is probably the version on my stick where I install it from... its a cheaper dell 2 in 1, with Celeron and 2 GB RAM, 20 GB hard disk that has served me really well throughout the years even with games (asphalt 8 rather, I actually got hooked on the game when I got this laptop, it runs well when I disable the sound driver :)

I think it cannot really update windows because of the space problems on the hard drive. there is 12 GB free today, but I switch it to metered wifi settings so that it will not try to update and leave a big useless update file that never installed.

the thing is I installed this game a few times in the store before, dont see  why it is a problem now... maybe my computer is becoming too old just after 3, 4 years for this nonsense... it runs everything else that is basic...

no the game definitely runs on Windows 10.

I will try check for updates option to force the update.
