The solution is so simple.
Go into file explorer, in to the search bar type in "synaptic", then delete any files that pop up. After that the synaptics demon was FINALLY erased from my machine.

Hi IkaiKaimi,
Have you ever tried to uninstall it from device manager?
Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
In the list of devices, you should see the Human interface devices.
Right click on the device driver and then select "Uninstall".
If that doesn't work reinstall the driver using same method then uninstalling it will works.
I checked for updates and restarted my computer after installing them. When I went to uninstall the driver again I got the same error message.
RoshanV S,
I tried uninstalling the synaptics driver from the device manager menu, but I could not find any synaptics driver there.
I do not know how to reinstall the driver. In fact I was going to do that but I couldn't find any synaptics installation pages.
