I spoke with PC Market and they can sell the software cheap because they use computers that re no longer being used, sold to them and resell the software that was used on the PC.... sounds like a good biz plan to me

Yes, they are not individual resale license, it works. They use computers that are no longer being used, sold to them and resell the software that was used on the PC.

I used to work for large organization, bought Office 2016 pro plus for as low as $10 (Office 2013), then $15 (Office 2016) after price increased over 3 years. These may be same principal like organization owns a bulk licenses. They are working just fine.

I was very scary buying this kind of stuff from overseas (especially, in U.S so many scam) by credit card. I didn't ask PC Market Online to access my laptop activate, instead of contact Microsoft directly for safe and secure reason. Microsoft agent helped me activated Office 2019 without issue. 

This is my experience made good purchase with PC Market Online on 14.01.2020.

Bro, you bought it on the same day you post this, seems pretty shady. PC market online is a scam, they use PC market (a legitimate business) as a cover up for if you just search PC market like me and then you see all the reviews saying that it's legit and good but then later on you find out they were reviews from a different website. Plus you've got a bit of broken English in that.

on Janurary 14 I purchas widows 10 pro order EEQAXKBOF , receipt no 12202313, in the amount of 26.50  on visa ending in 7389. I was unable to put in on my pc. I would like to download again and retry. but I will not pay additional for it.

can you please help me?
