How do I turn on my camera on my Dell Laptop?

    I appreciate you for providing details about the issue and we are happy to help you.

    Press Win+I>Privacy>Camera(From the left pane)

    Enable option Allow apps to access your camera

    Then scroll down and turn on camera for apps which you want to use camera.

    After that access apps by pressing Win+S then type eg. Camera then click on the best match will open the camera app.
