My 5G network use to show but it won't show after I updated my drivers. I tried everything on the internet. Most things say to change to 5ghz n the advanced tap when you open the properties of the driver, but the only options available are:

802.11h+d

ARP Offload

BeamForming

Minimum Power Consumption

NS Offload

Priority & VLAN

Roaming Decisions 

Wake on Magic Pocket

Wake on Pattern Match

WiFi Rekeying Offload

I can't use my 5G network and my other normal WiFi is super slow, please help.

    Hi Jason. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Guardian Moderator here to help you.

    You can try finding the older driver that worked in Device Manager > Network Adapters > Wireless > Driver tab > Update Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick.

    After installing the older driver, I can find the 5G network again
