Shortcut to switch between displays

I have searched for a solution for this many times and never found one.

I have 1 PC and 3 displays. I never use them simoultaneusly. I only use one or another.

They are in different parts of the house. So often I turn on the PC and the display is black because it's setted on another display.

So I press WIN + P twice and enter. This works. But it's annoying and it only extends the screen, so after I need to go to display setting and set my current display.

There is a solution when you have only two displays. There is a command to switch between internal and external. But I have 3!

I would like a way to set my display for example by pressing CTRL + P + 1 (for display 1), CTRL + P + 2 (for display 2), CTRL + P + 3 (for display 3).

Something like that. I haven't found any solution for some time now.

Thank you for reading.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you want to switch displays by assigning a shortcut. Currently, to switch between screens the available shortcut is Windows Logo key + P.

You may want to use your favorite search engine and look for an app that helps you in achieving this functionality.

However, we always appreciate our customer’s feedback, and your feedback and suggestions are very important to us. Hence, I suggest you to provide your valuable feedback and ideas in our Feedback Hub, where our developers can look into the requests and constantly improve the features of Windows.
