System programs running in background on dedicated GPU.

I don't like that Microsoft Edge, Lock App, Startupmenu and other Windows programs are running in the background on my dedicated GPU. Even after "Ending Task" in the task manager, these system programs continue to run after a restart or when they have been closed. Why haven't you addressed this? I imagine that I'm not the only one who wants every spec of processing power from my GPU for gaming, and we don't care if these programs are using a miniscule amout of space. We want nothing running on our GPU's except the programs that we have started ourselves. Please explain???

    Right...

    Feedback hub huh?

Let's send all our activity to Microsoft. (sarc)

Websites we visit, typing, voice... etc.

Figures. I expected such a response.

    Independent Advisor you say?

You are a true corporate lackey.

Don't assume that everyone will be mesmerized by your deflective, vague, simplistically moronic answers.

I've watched these question boards for years and I've noticed that you people never actually READ the questions for their core content.

Instead, you retort with the most basic, amateur responses.

i.e. "reinstall drivers, system restore, safe boot" and my all time favorite, "have you installed any programs prior to this system behavior?"

I would rather you just told me that you want to run your programs in the background in order to observe every move any user makes.

That would, at the very least, be less insulting to everyone's intelligence.

I bet you feel dumb now huh?

not to mention that computers are so complex that your "vauge simplistic moronic" problem is not the same as the other persons problem, regardless of how relative it is.

These people are just finding a foundation to your problem, to literally walk you step by step on how to fix it.

That being said, if you fail to follow said "simplistic moronic" instructions, then I guess we can all boil it down to operator error? :)

    Hi MunthassemKhan

you can select which apps can run in the background (or at least control some of them)

settings -> privacy -> background apps

turn off any apps you don't want to continue to run in the background.
