This is not possible if your contacts in windows 10 are stored in another account like outlook.com or Hotmail.com

2019-11-08T09:13:22+00:00 Hi, I was asking this question on behalf of an elderly relative of mine. on further investigation it turns out that the contacts that are there in his Windows 10 contacts app on his PC were not entered manually by him and that the contacts there are in fact the contacts with telephone numbers that he manually entered into his Android phone. So the PC and the phone must already be linked somehow but I am not sure how. When you add contacts to an Android phone are they automatically added to the google account that seems to come with an Android phone?

Have you added other accounts to your Google Account?
If you've added other accounts you might be able to sync the contact information from Windows 10 People/Contacts when syncing accounts.
