Hi my name is Ross, I'm an independent advisor. I'd be happy to help with your issue.
You could try toggle caps lock using the on screen keyboard, here are instructions on how to access:

Thanks Ross, for your quick reply. I don't want to use the 'on screen' keyboard, although it is working on this fine! The on screen keyboard is fine for using security sign ins, but is too slow for general typing. I want to use the physical one plugged into
my desktop computer, it was working when I got it back from the computer shop, but is now not working again. Chap in shop told me to press Num Lock & Caps Lock together for 5 secs, have tried this & also Num Lock on own for up to 8 secs, no sounds. All my
'Ease of Access' > Keyboard > 'Use Toggle Keys' are switched ON + ticked 'Allow shortcut key to start Toggle Keys to press Num Lock 5 secs., none of these work, also gone into Control Panel > Ease of Access > 'Make keyboard easier to use' Turn on Toggle Keys
is ticked, but still no tone when I press Caps Lock, Num Lock or Scroll lock. No sounds. My audio is working fine.
Any more answers to this problem would be helpful, as I'm always catching the Caps Lock when I'm typing & don't see that I'm in capitals! Please help me?
