You can do this using OpenSSH using the windows settings, for that follow the steps below
1) Open Settings , select Apps > Apps & Features and select Optional Features
2) Examine the list to see if OpenSSH is already installed. Otherwise, at the top of the page, select Add a resource and:
a) Find the OpenSSH client and click Install
b) Find the OpenSSH server and click Install
When setup is complete, go back to Applications > Applications and Optional Features and Features and you should see OpenSSH listed and then configure the SSH server as you wish.
