    Hi DeshayMartin,

I'm Roshan V S, Independent advisor and a Windows user like you.

I appreciate you for providing details about the issue and we are happy to help you.

Start your pc in safe mode with command prompt check this article for reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/...

After entering into safe mode type cmd in search

Right click and run it as admin.

Run the following command and hit enter

    net localgroup Administrators Your_User_Name /add

Replace Your_User_Name with your user account name.

Then close cmd, then restart your pc.

Do get back to us with the result. We will be glad to help if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards

    Hi DeshayMartin,

You need to rely on a third party disk cloning software to do this. The suggested method is performing a clean install of windows to your SSD. I am attaching a page for the better understanding of these 2 methods from the answer Andre Da Costa- Windows MVP : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Thank you so much, I also have another problem this time with where the OS is saved. For my PC its stored on local disk and I was wondering If it’s possible to transfer it to an SSD
