    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    We will need the details requested below to assist you accordingly:

    • What happens when you try to use the device?
    • Do you receive any error message/code?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

    You may want to try updating the drivers and see if that helps. To update the driver, refer the steps mentioned in the article Update drivers in Windows 10.

    During my research, I found that there is firmware update available for the device. However, the update is only available for Windows 7. You may want to try downloading the update and install it in compatibility mode and see if that helps. You can download the update from MATSHITA® BD-MLT UJ260 Firmware Update.

    To install the update in compatibility mode, follow the steps from the article Make older apps or programs compatible with Windows 10.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Nikhar Khare

    Hi,

    Can you check the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    At that registry key, in the right window, is there, under "Name", either an UpperFilters or LowerFilters value?

    If so, for each of the UpperFilters and/or LowerFilters value, what is listed under "Data"?
