No Sound - Install IDT High Definition Audio CODEC driver

There is much written on updating IDT High Definition Audio CODEC driver for no sound. This I driver is not listed under the Device Manager sound file. How do I download this or how do I find it so I can add it?

Toshiba do provide an IDT Audio WIndows 10 driver for that system, you will find that on the Drivers section of the page below:

    It used to be there. I did an update to my laptop and it was gone. Now the volume won't work. I am not well versed in computers but what was suggested I haven't been able to get it to work yet. If/when I right click on the volume icon ans hit the troubleshooter it says there is no issue.

    I need the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .

    How old roughly is your PC, IDT audio would typically be installed on an older system . . .

    I will try to locate that driver for you, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . . .
