Hi
My name is Lester and hopefully, this will help answer your question, this is actually an issue before with the Spooler, moreover follow the steps below and I hope this fix the issue:
Step 1: Rename 3 folder
1. Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc
2. Look for Print Spooler and click on Stop Service
3. Press Windows Key + R and type spool
4. Open spool folder and click Continue on the prompt
5. Go to drivers > x64 and look for "3" folder
6. Rename 3 folder to 3.old
7. Start print spooler service in services.msc
If this will work from the above solution I suggest to do an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
Note: before doing this make sure to create a restore point: https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/402753...
