AppModel-State event id 20 and 21

I deleted Dragon software using Windows software uninstall. After that my screen refreshed repeatedly. If I tried to launch an app from my task bar it would cause the screen to refresh and not launch the app. I checked my log and it lists thousands of AppModel-State event ID 20 and 21 in a day. I would like to restore to an older version of my system to remove the cause of this problem. However, I would also like to know what actually caused this problem to avoid it in the future. I've run McAfee and windows security app but no bugs of any kind were found.

I don't know what category this falls under so I chose what seemed most appropriate.

    Hi, Yulonda

My name is Jeffrey and I am an Independent Advisor. I would be happy to help you today.

Try to return to a previous point.

    1.- Open Start.

2.- Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.

3.- Click the System Restore button.

    4.- Click the Next button.

5.- Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer.

6.- Click the Scan for affected programs button to understand the apps that will no longer be available because they're added after the creation of the restore point.

    7.- Click the Close button.

    8.- Click the Next button.

    9.- Click the Finish button.
