    Hi.

    For reference.

I may have realized what was the problem that caused Amos to refuse to be installed on my Windows 10.

The version of my windows 10 is Windows 10 Home Single Language.

In the below screenshot of the official IBM website, it specified the prerequisite Windows versions. It can be seen that the only acceptable Windows versions for Amos to be installed are the versions that higher than Windows Home. Thus, since, my version is Windows 10 Home, it refused to be installed.

    Warm regards.

    Hi Vijay_Verma.

First I, apologize for not giving my feedback on time and that due to my very tight schedule.

Actually I tried your suggested solutions, non of them solve my problem. I even tried many solutions, but non works.

I couldn't the understand the problem, because I already have installed the SPSS, and it has been working really well.

However, for Amos, I then used VMware machine and installed the Amos on Windows 7, and it works perfectly fine.

Thank you for you suggested solution and your time.
