Method 1: Disable Sysmain

1. Go to start menu/search for services.msc
2. Locate sysmain on the list and double click the service
3. Set startup type to disabled
4. Set service status to Stop
5. Hit apply and Ok

Method 2: Disable Visual effects

1. Go to start/search for sysdm.cpl
2. On system properties go to advanced tab and choose settings under performance
3. Under Visual effects tab choose to adjust for best performance
4. Hit apply and ok

Method 3: Disable third party services and startup programs

1. Go to start menu/search for msconfig
2. On the system configuration window go to the services tab
3. Tick on hide all microsoft service so that this won't be affected
4. Choose to disable all services
5. Next, go to the startup tab and on the window choose to open task manager
6. Choose to disable each applications from starting up when computer is booting up
7. Close task manager and hit apply then ok
8. A prompt to restart the computer will show up, choose to restart
