DNS Server Issue with Sky Broadband

Anonymous

Recently moved over to Sky Broadband using Sky Hub Router, which works fine with all my non Windows devices (Mac, iPhone, Android Phones, TV's etc).  However when I try connect to the internet through my Windows Laptop this connects up to the router, however it will not connect to the internet. I keep getting an error message saying no internet. Windows diagnostics says 'The DNS server isn't responding'. Frustratingly if I keep refreshing the page it will eventually connect, but after less than a minute it drops out again with no internet access.   have spoke with Sky and they have advised will all other devices working fine this must be a Windows issue. Running Windows 10. Hoping someone can assist.
