Hi,

I've been trying to install debugging tools according to the official pages but there is no Debuggers folder created and I cannot find windbg.exe anywhere in the system.

I tried installing through the winsdksetup.exe installer.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

The default folder for Windows 64 bit systems is :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers

There is both a x86 and x64 bit sub-folder in that folder. Use either.

If your version of Windows is 32 bit (x86) it will be :

    C:\Program Files\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers

I was referring to the docs by Microsoft.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/debugger-download-tools

However, I tried installing the WDK (Driver kit) and it seems to have worked. I can find the Debuggers folder under C:/Program Files(x86)/Windows Kits/10/Debuggers.

Sorry for the false alarm and thank you for the quick response.

    Happy New Year!.

    Best regards,

    Sonny
