Epson WF-7510, when printing, no program will allow me to choose a legal paper setting.

When we try and print on any program with any file type, we are unable to choose a legal size paper. This printer is capable of printing legal and has legal paper in it. We also set the paper setting to legal on the printer itself. In the advance settings of this printer, the paper type that the printer says it can use is only letter. Please advise.

    but the drop down box does not wide format paper a3 or super b

    I am an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you, and I would be happy to help you out with this.

    Do you have the latest Print Driver installed for this printer? I am wondering if Windows may have installed a generic driver that is not allowing the selection of legal sized paper.

    When you click on Print or on the printer icon you will get a pop up box where you can pick the printer.  Pick the printer and after that click on Preferences and you will see a pop up box that shows all of the differences you can set fro the printer.  It has Color/black, number of copies, number of pager, and paper  size and paper type, etc.
