I have set it to disabled in the startup window, but it still keeps opening up every time I start up my computer. I am running Windows 10.

    Hi ZoeWagner,

My name is Marc, thanks for participating in the Microsoft Community, I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

Verify that there is no shortcut in this folder:

Press Windows + R >> Run, now type: shell:startup + Enter >> If it exists in that folder >> Delete

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402626...

You can also check like this:

Open >> Task Manager (Right-click on the taskbar) >> Open the startup tab >> If you are in the list of options >> Remove

Let me know if you have something else that I can help you with, I'd be happy to help.

    Have a nice day

    Regards,

    Marc M.

Marc, did that. No entries for it. Still opens at startup. Can close it and system seems ok, but the powershell always opens and stays open until I close it.

    Hi,

Start Windows through a clean boot, it is an error-proof process, once you run it, check if the behavior is maintained, or it is fixed.
