Use Jailbreak in Windows RT 8.1

Hello guys, I have a question. So, I use Microsoft Surface RT 2013 and run Windows RT 8.1, basically this operating system cannot install any application which is not from Windows Store such as Google Chrome. So, I have try to jailbreak this tablet but unfortunately it is doesn't work. So my question is, does what am I doing is illegal ? Thank You .

    Please update with your jailbreak software, I'm desperate to be able to use/run newer applications on my surface RT

    My RCA CAMBIO 2 IN 1 PC TABLET ,SYSTEMS 32 AFTER INSTALLATION OF WINDIWS 10, I CONTACTED  RCA DIRECTLY, THEY KNEW ABOUT ALL THE CRASHED PC LAPTOPS ETC ,

    WAINING IN A PATCHWORK, TO FIX DEVICES ,SO DONT HOLD UR BREATH , 

      My device is in Microsoft account store,!!!!! So ...they have closed my issues ,case file ,they couldn't do nothing to help ,me
