Do you want to change the boot order, so as to boot from say a flash drive?
If so, on the initial Lenovo screen, if you repeatedly press F12 or Fn + F12 does that give you a temporary boot menu to choose from?
If not, then in BIOS, look for a enable USB Boot option, then move that USB drive to the top of the boot order list . . .

Lenovo laptops have a couple of different ways to enter BIOS
1
On the Lenovo screen as your laptop starts, repeatedly press F2 or Fn + F2 to boot into BIOS
2
Beside the Power Button on your laptop, or on the side casing is there a Novo Button (looks like a looping backwards facing arrow
If that exists, pressing that on the initial Lenovo boot screen should boot your laptop into BIOS
