    Hi Mr Meemzo

The best first option would be to uninstall that and then download and install the latest version from the the Microsoft Store . . .

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/intel-graphic...

If that does not resolve this for you, go to the support page fro your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the Intel Graphics device driver they recommend for your PC . . .

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box  > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:

    Hi,

Try the following link from Intel:

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support...

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Hi auggy, sorry to tell you I've tried that already. I came here as a last resort (because I thought nobody would respond) and I needed some people to tell me what to do. I do love the community here though. It's like I post something and it's already been responded to in the next minute!
