If you are already getting a message to activate your windows then mostly likely it is not active.

You can try this to check your activation status:

Press the Windows key + I > Click Update & security >Click Activation.

Based on your screenshot you have VOLUME_KMSCLIENT which can only be activated if your in your company network via KMS host. Users or employees can activate their software through this system.

Hi saepudin. I'm Reinald, an Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. Thank you for providing information on your issue, we are are happy to assist you.

Based on your attached screenshot, you have a volume type license. If you don't mind me asking, who provided your windows license key?

The reason i'm asking is because. a volume type license is normally used by a large company or an organization who normally provides a master product key to activate windows. If this is your case, i would recommend to contact your company so they can help you with your license issue.

If you bought your license from an online retailer or another person, i suggest to contact them again and let them know that you got a volume type license that way they can help you out.

For more information about different type of windows licenses, you can check this article from Mauro Huculak:

A Volume license is designed for a large business, education, and government scenario. Usually, a Volume license allows organizations to use one master product key to activate any installation of Windows 10. Although you can use this license multiple times on different computers, you can't transfer it with the device when the system changes ownership, and you're not allowed to activate devices that aren't part of the organization.

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes and don't hesitate to ask if you have further questions. I will do my best to to assist you until your issue is resolved.

Like it says: "Partial product key"...If the OS was just installed,a fault might have caused the problem,a clean installation with Microsoft default settings eliminate this type of problem...Either way,R.click my computer/properties/look at bottom of window,it should say "Windows is Active" and/or change product key. Also,in run type: WinVer  see the details.
