Hi saepudin. I'm Reinald, an Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. Thank you for providing information on your issue, we are are happy to assist you.
Based on your attached screenshot, you have a volume type license. If you don't mind me asking, who provided your windows license key?
The reason i'm asking is because. a volume type license is normally used by a large company or an organization who normally provides a master product key to activate windows. If this is your case, i would recommend to contact your company so they can help you with your license issue.
If you bought your license from an online retailer or another person, i suggest to contact them again and let them know that you got a volume type license that way they can help you out.
For more information about different type of windows licenses, you can check this article from Mauro Huculak:
A Volume license is designed for a large business, education, and government scenario. Usually, a Volume license allows organizations to use one master product key to activate any installation of Windows 10. Although you can use this license multiple times on different computers, you can't transfer it with the device when the system changes ownership, and you're not allowed to activate devices that aren't part of the organization.
