Microsoft Money (MSM) with Windows 10

I have only just upgraded to windows 10 from 7 and I must have a very old version of Microsoft Money because all of the methods to fix using MSM  Windows 10 problems have not worked. I noticed that most of the recommendations are from many years ago so wondered if there was anything else I could try that is more up to date?

I was thinking I might be able to convert my very old MSM file to an older version of MSM and then convert that file to the latest MSM plus deluxe (or whatever it was called!).

Any ideas what might work?

This is the error I get when trying to convert my old MSM file to the latest MSM software.

" Money can't open this file because it was created using a different version of Money." I can then click OK or send error report.
